Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 20-day return window from the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll process a replacement or refund as soon as possible once the return is approved.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
